This book tals about biography of Ali Sastroamidjojo. We will explore not only his life's journey but also Indonesia's since the days of the Movement in the 1920s until the early 1960s. Regarding Ali Sastroamidjojo's personality, he explained his whole-life experience which reflects his personal character with a very strong urge to move forward, learn, grow, and expand his horizons. His honesty and integrity encourage him to reveal his life experience, including the difficulties and failures he faced. Yet there is not the slightest attempt to cover his weaknesses or to build his self-image. In spite of his international recognition, he appears as he is.
