As head of Chinas State Council Information Office, Zhao Qizheng endeavored to present to the world a new and more open China. Impressed by his knowledge and enthusiasm, the international media community hailed him as Chinas Top PR Spokesman, Chinas First-rate Orator and Chinas Image Polisher.
