Voluntary peer review of competition law and policy: Armenia

Thus report examines Armenia's competition policy system (ACPS). It is based upon (a) a review of the legal texts that supply the framework for the ACPS (statutes, implementing regulations, and guidelines); (b) decisions issued by the State Commision for Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC); (c) study of other reports dealing with the ACPS; and (d) interviews with SPEC leadership and staff, donor organizations, official from other government authorities, academics, and representatives of non-governmental organizations such as business associations and consumer groups.
