Himpunan perjanjian Internasional tentang tindak pidana transnasional yang terorganisasi

Organized transnational crime constitutes a serious threat to world stability and security. Therefore, international cooperation in handling such criminal acts is very important. This abstract will discuss the collection of international agreements that discuss transnational organized crime, including important aspects of these agreements. The collection of international agreements on transnational organized crime is a collaborative effort to combat organized cross-border crime. By establishing a clear definition and covering international cooperation, extradition, the application of technology, and the protection of human rights, this agreement aims to increase effectiveness and fairness in handling such criminal acts. Through the joint commitment of the countries involved, it is hoped that this agreement can have a positive impact in eradicating organized transnational criminal acts and maintaining global security.
