This study examines the feasibility of implementing a women’s mentorship program within Indonesia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) to support the career advancement of female Foreign Service Officials. Using literature reviews, surveys, and interviews, the study explores gender-related challenges and the importance of mentorship in professional development. The findings indicate that implementing a women’s mentorship program is feasible and could help identify, nurture, and develop women’s potential, empower female diplomats, and promote their long-term career advancement within the Ministry.
