This study examines the role of the Peduli WNI Portal in improving the protection and public services for Indonesian citizens abroad, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. The portal integrates information and protection systems to strengthen data management, facilitate public services, and support coordination among relevant stakeholders. Using SWOT analysis and management principles, this study recommends optimizing the portal as an integrated Public Service Portal to enhance the effectiveness, accessibility, and quality of services for Indonesian citizens abroad.
