Integrating these values into public diplomacy can expand engagement with diaspora communities, descendants abroad, Indonesianists, and students. A Public Lecture Package provides a practical and cost-effective mechanism for embedding good citizenship into existing civic education and diplomatic outreach. By fostering active and globally aware citizens, this approach can strengthen people-centered diplomacy, reinforce cultural identity, and enhance the ability to project values and influence internationally.
